These terms govern your use of Saruh's analytics service. By using Saruh you agree to them.

The service

Saruh turns your restaurant's aggregator platform data into dashboards, reports, and AI-generated recommendations. Insights and forecasts are decision-support tools, not guarantees of business outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only upload data you are authorised to share.
• Keep your dashboard password confidential.
• Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

Data & privacy

Your use of data is also covered by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your restaurant data; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed at sign-up. There are no long-term lock-ins unless separately agreed in writing.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Saruh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its recommendations.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. Either party may end the engagement; on termination, access to the dashboard stops.
